After you have finished recording a session on the included Android device, you can review and analyze the data on the phone. This can be done in either in the AdHawk Hub on android, or by opening 'files' on the home screen and going to ‘Internal Storage’ > ‘AdHawk’ > ‘Recordings’. In some cases, however, you may want to move the session data to the AdHawk Hub on PC for deeper analysis. This can be done easily.
Automatically
This is the recommended method to transfer data from the android to PC. Begin by plugging in the android device into the PC with the included micro-USB to USB-A cable, and micro-USB to USB-C adapter, as seen below.
Next Launch AdHawk Hub on PC, and click on Tools>Download Android Recordings, as seen below. The recordings should now be available in your replay tab.
Troubleshooting
If after downloading the android recordings, they do not appear at the top of the replay tab, you can try changing some of the filters at the top. Sometimes the date and time on the Android device is set wrong resulting in the "date/time" filter showing the recordings out of order.
If you still can't find your recording in the AdHawk Hub. Open the Android device and swipe down on the screen to bring up the notification shade, while the phone is plugged in. Scroll down to the silent notifications, and click the one at the top, which will say either 'Charging' or 'Media sync'. Select 'Charging' and click always. Now, close and relaunch hub, and try the above steps again.
Manually
This method is not recommended. If the above method does not work you can try importing the files manually. Open the Android and swipe down on the screen to bring up the notification shade, while the phone is plugged in. Scroll down to the silent notifications, and click the one at the top, which will say either 'Charging' or 'Media sync'. Select 'Media sync' and click just once. On your PC navigate to your File Explorer and select the V60 ThinQ 5G, as seen below. Click on Internal shared storage>Adhawk>recordings.
Launch the AdHawk Hub, and go to the replay tab. Right click on any of the recordings and select open file location, as seen below.
Navigate up one folder to the data folder. Drag the folders in the from the V60 ThinQ 5G recording folder, to the the data folder in the AdHawk Hub, as seen below. Close and relaunch hub, and check the replay tab for the sessions. Check the troubleshooting section above if your recording are not at the top.
